Christine Petreanu, Principal

Ms. Petreanu has over 20 years of Commercial Retail Real Estate experience with a concentrated focus in Lease Audit. Prior to establishing Janus Lease Advisors LLC, she spent 10 years at Gap Inc. overseeing the Lease Audit function and 6 years as the Director of Lease Audit at Asset Strategies Group LLC. Ms. Petreanu began her retail career at L Brands where she spent 4 years as the Capital Finance Manager of Store Construction.

Ms. Petreanu has extensive experience in both performing and managing lease audits. She has audited thousands of leases resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries for both Gap Inc. and numerous national retail tenants.

Ms. Petreanu received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Retail Tenants Association.
